Who we are

Wilson Sloan Consulting was established in Jan 2006 by Paula Wilson, to create a consultancy offering a truly bespoke service coupled with capability, professionalism and integrity.

A Fellow of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Paula has worked in Organisation Development, Executive Assessment and Business Coaching within the private and public sector for over 15 years. She has been a key player in many projects incorporating the design and delivery of people related solutions for organisations undergoing change and creates strategies which bring business results.

Paula previously held senior roles in consulting organisations (Sx3 Consulting (Viridian Group) and KPMG, Ireland) and abroad (University of Extremedura, Spain, Heinle & Heinle Publishing Co, Boston). A Member of the Association for Coaching and NLP trained, she is also currently on the board of Director Development Ireland (IOD Director Development Diploma), and is a Northern Ireland Chair for the National Training awards.

Experience

We provide Organisation Development consultancy, Executive Assessment and Coaching support across all sectors in Northern Ireland, Ireland and UK. We adopt a knowledge transfer approach to ensure that you have a full understanding of the rationale and process behind the intervention, resulting in a sustainable outcome, owned by you.

Clients have included Civil Service, local government, Health Trusts, Non Departmental Public Bodies, voluntary sector, financial services, professional services, multinationals, SMEs (incl manufacturing), educational institutions and business schools.

Our resourcing model enables us to be highly responsive to your business needs, providing expert support as required. We have a team of experienced, qualified and dedicated associates across UK and Ireland with specific academic and professional expertise. These include OD specialists, occupational psychologists, accredited coaches, experienced facilitators and academics. We are also accredited to use an extensive range of psychometrics.

We also have strategic partners with whom we collaborate on specific projects. For example the Diploma in Executive Coaching draws on professional and academic expertise from UK and Ireland and our existing successful relationships with QUB Leadership Institute.
