Coaching Supervision & Development

Be curious not judgmental’, Walt Whitman

Wilson Sloan Consulting views supervision as a key and integral aspect of our responsibility as coaches, in keeping with the code of conduct and best practice. We firmly believe that a process of reflection with a supervisor helps the coach to become aware of relevant strengths and weaknesses, and to become stronger and more confident across a range of conversations. Supervision confidentially explores and clarifies what goes on in coaching, and resources the coach to be more effective.

Paula Wilson holds a Diploma in Coach Supervision through the Coach Supervision Academy, London.  (A robust one year ICF accredited course intakes  qualified and experienced coaches from across Europe each year who wish to enhance their coaching offering and become qualified coaching supervisors).

We provide one to one and group coach supervision to experienced and trainee coaches within NI, Ireland, UK and beyond (the power of skype!)

Coach Development and Coaching Programmes

We have significant experience in the design of (accredited and non accredited) coach development programmes to develop individual capability. (We have also designed an accredited Diploma in Executive Coaching).

Our programmes draw on professional and academic coaching experts from across the UK and Ireland.
